Ally graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies, and minors in Italian & French. While enrolled at the University of Iowa, she spent a semester studying in Valladolid, Spain. After graduation, she lived in Santiago, Chile, where she taught English at DuocUC, a university in Santiago. She also holds a Master of Arts in Spanish from Loyola University Chicago. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Robert D. Ahlgren and Associates, Ally taught Spanish at Loyola University Chicago, College of DuPage, and Dominican University. She also currently works in accounting at Anchor Mechanical, Inc. and she and her family have been active members of I.U.O.E. Local 399 for over 60 years.
