Yes, we are happy to provide a second opinion on your immigration matter.
Can I walk into to the office or do I have to schedule an appointment?
It is best if you schedule an appointment by calling 312-782-1804. Walk-in appointment availability is not guaranteed.
What should I bring to my appointment?
If you have paperwork from Immigration or important legal documents like travel documents, criminal case paperwork, or petitions, it is always helpful to bring them with you.
Can I schedule a consultation over the phone?
Yes, call 312-782-1804 for a flat fee teleconference with an attorney. We are also able to schedule video consultations through Zoom for those individuals who are unable to visit our office in person.
Does your office offer consultations on Saturdays?
Yes, we offer limited appointments on Saturdays from 9-12PM in order to best serve our clients. Saturday appointments are only available for new clients.
I need help with my immigration case but don’t have a lot of money right now. Will Ahlgren Law help me manage my payments?
Our services are billed on a flat fee basis, providing you and your family the convenience of knowing the full costs of your case from the outset. This allows our clients the ability to structure payments throughout the duration of their case.
How do I make payments?

How much is a consultation with an attorney?
A consultation with one of our immigration attorneys is $100 for a weekday appointment and $125 for a Saturday appointment.
