Adele Gordon

Adele brings a thoughtful and interdisciplinary perspective to her role as a bilingual paralegal at Ahlgren Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College in Minnesota, where she studied Art History and Political Science with a concentration in International Relations—building a strong foundation in cultural understanding, policy, and global affairs.

Before joining the firm, Adele served as a community health worker with Hennepin County in Minnesota, where she connected individuals experiencing homelessness to vital health care and social services. That experience deepened her commitment to advocacy and shaped her compassionate, client-focused approach to legal work.

Fluent in Spanish and English, Adele bridges communication gaps and provides support that is both empathetic and efficient. Her ability to build trust and guide clients through complex immigration matters makes her a valuable part of the legal team and an asset to the immigrant communities we serve.
