Jill Wade

Jill brings over a decade of experience in education, operations, and people management to her role as Director of Human Resources at Ahlgren Law. She graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology and later earned a post-degree certification in Early Childhood Education from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.

After seven years as a classroom teacher with Chicago Public Schools, Jill transitioned into professional services, where she served as an Operations Specialist and later as a People & Operations Manager for a boutique accounting firm. In 2024, she earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

Jill is passionate about creating supportive and people-focused workplaces. At Ahlgren Law, she draws on her diverse background to strengthen HR systems, foster growth, and ensure the team has the resources they need to best serve the firm’s clients and communities.
