Ahlgren Law was Awarded the Pro Bono Champion Award of 2016 by the Chicago Chapter of AILA
Ahlgren Law was awarded the Pro Bono Champion Award of 2016 by the Chicago Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association at the monthly meeting on June 13, 2016. Robert Ahlgren and Kathleen Vannucci accepted the award on behalf of the firm. In his remarks, Mr. Ahlgren discussed the importance of pro bono work and how by doing the right thing it has been such a positive experience for the firm as a whole. The attorneys who provide pro bono service learn new skills in addition to igniting the continued passion and enthusiasm in the fight for immigrant’s rights.
